Villa Kiiltäväinen on upea hirsihuvila, josta aukeavat hienot näköalat järvelle. Huvilassa voi majoittua enintään 8 henkilöä, ja kiinteitä vuoteita on kuudelle. Huvila on sisustettu laadukkaasti ja hyvällä maulla. Päärakennuksessa on sähkösauna ja kaksi suihkua. Kesäaikaan käytössä on rantasauna puulämmitteisellä kiukaalla. Huippunopea internetyhteys, suuri terassi ja tasokkaasti varustettu, talvilämmin mökki tekevät lomasta mukavan mihin vuodenaikaan tahansa. Tervetuloa lomalle!

Kauniissa huvilassa on olohuone, keittiö ja kolme makuuhuonetta. Huvila on varustettu nykyaikaisin kodinkonein ja mukavuuksin. Huippunopea internetyhteys valokuidulla sekä pyykkikone ja kuivausrumpu helpottavat lomailua.
BEDROOMS
The villa has three comfortable double bedrooms. There is a double sofa bed in the living room as an extra bed.
SAUNA, SHOWER AND TOILET
The villa has a fast-heating electric sauna, 2 showers and a separate indoor toilet. The lakeside sauna has a wood-fired heater and a water boiler. The lakeside sauna is open from May to September.
ROWING AND FISHING
Jos haluat kalastaa ja olet 18-64 -vuotias, sinun tulee suorittaa valtion kalastonhoitomaksu. Ajantasaisen hinnan näet Eräluvat-palvelusta. Maksun voi suorittaa kätevimmin Eräluvat online store. You can also rent a quiet electric outboard motor for your boat from us if you wish.
LINEN AND TOWELS
You can order bed linen and towels as an additional service.
KITCHEN AND HOUSEKEEPING
The well-equipped kitchen has basic appliances (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave) as well as a dishwasher and freezer. The kitchen has dishes and cooking utensils for eight people. A washing machine and dryer provide additional comfort during your holiday.
YARD AND BEACH
The villa's large terrace is a great place to sunbathe and dine with the whole group. From May to September, you can grill on the gas grill on the terrace. The barbecue house in the yard is a nice place to sit in the evening, and you can go fishing or rowing in the rowing boat. We can provide you with boating vests if you wish - let us know the sizes you need in advance.
PETS
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this property. Check out our other properties too – we also have pet-friendly cottages, such as Huvikumpu and Rentola!
FINAL CLEANING
You can order final cleaning in advance or during your holiday. If you do the cleaning yourself, the cottage has the necessary cleaning equipment and materials.
If you order a final cleaning, you still should do this:
• Wash the dishes and put them in place
• clean the grill and its surroundings
• Take the garbage to a waste disposal site
• Collect bottles and cans in bags
• move furniture to original places
If you do the final cleaning yourself, do the following in addition to the above:
• clean the carpets and floors
• clean the tables and counters
• clean toilet and sauna
• ventilate bedding outdoors
• Take the garbage to a waste disposal site
LOCATION
The villa is located in Orivesi, about 60 kilometers from Tampere. The drive from Tampere is about an hour and from Jyväskylä 1.5 hours. To get to the cottage, you need a car, or you can also arrive by bus. The nearest bus stop is 5 kilometers away in Eräslahti.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
There are no services right near the villa, so it is worth visiting the store before arriving. The nearest grocery stores are about a 10-minute drive away in Länkipohja and Orivesi.
