Holiday cottage on a beautiful rocky beach
he holiday home and the spacious rocky beach invite you to spend a relaxing holiday. Be enchanted by the blue of the lake, soak up the sun on the pier and take a dip to swim. Then pop in to row, taste the blueberries in the nearby forest and heat up the sauna at the end of the day. The rent includes firewood, electricity and Wi-Fi. Linen, towels and final cleaning can be ordered separately.
Here in a lovely blue holiday home you will spend a summer, relaxing holiday with family and friends by the lake, only an hour from Tampere!

Holiday home Tuura
Holiday cottage Tuura is a beautiful, sky-blue 40 m2 summer cottage that invites you to relax on the shores of the shimmering Niemijärvi, close to nature and the singing of birds. The cottage can comfortably accommodate 4 people. You can also bring a pet to this cottage.
COTTAGE GENERAL EQUIPMENT
The cottage has electric heating. The fireplace brings atmosphere and extra warmth. A well-equipped kitchen adds to the comfort of your holiday. The cottage also has working wifi, an indoor toilet and a fast-heating electric sauna. The barbecue hut in the yard has a wood-fired barbecue.
BEDROOMS
There are two bedrooms in the cottage. Both have two 90 cm wide beds.
There is also a sofa bed for 2 people.
If you need bed linen and towels, you can rent them separately from us at 10 e / person / stay.
KITCHEN AND GRILLING
Keittiössä on ruoanlaittovälineet, ruokapöytä ja astiasto kuudelle. Keittiön varusteluun kuuluu liesi, uuni, mikroaaltouuni, kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin, leivänpaahdin, jääkaappi ja pakastelokero. Pihassa on vanhoista hirsistä rakennettu grillitupa, jossa on puukäyttöinen grilli. Vesi sopii juotavaksi ja ruoanlaittoon.
SAUNA, SHOWER AND toilet
The cottage has a rapidly warming electric sauna, and the sauna room has a shower. The cottage has a toilet seat in the bathroom and there is an outside toilet in the yard.
YARD AND BEACH
Mökin vieressä on pieni terassi, jossa on mukava istuskella sekä ihastella mäntymetsää ja järvimaisemaa. Rinteen alla on oma laituri, josta voi pulahtaa uimaan. Käytössäsi on myös soutuvene.
FISHING
If you want to fish and you are 18-64, you must pay the state fisheries management fee. Example prices: 6e / 1 day, 15e / 7 day. The most convenient way to make a payment is through the Eräluvat online store. You can also rent a quiet electric outboard motor from us for 15eur a day.
PETS
Pets are welcome at this cottage! Please inform about pets when booking. Be sure to clean the animals' hairs from the cottage and furniture before you leave, and clean the yard from the garbage. Make sure that pets do not cause injury. You will be responsible for damages in both the cottage and the cottage environment.

LINEN AND TOWELS
FINAL CLEANING
You can pre-order final cleaning in advance or during your stay. The final cleaning costs 60 €. If you do the cleaning yourself, the cottage has the necessary cleaning tools and supplies. Clean up on the day of departure!
If you order a final cleaning, you still should do this:
• Wash the dishes and put them in place
• Take the garbage to a waste disposal site
• Collect bottles and cans in bags
• move furniture to original places
• leave linen in a stack on the bed
• Take away the groceries you bring with you
• If you have pets, clean the hair and clean the litter
If you do the final cleaning yourself, do the following in addition to the above:
• Vacuum the carpets
• wipe the floor with a damp mop
• wipe the tables and tops with a damp cloth
• ventilate bedding outdoors
• wash the toilet and sauna
• Take the garbage to a waste disposal site
LOCATION
The cottage is located in Orivesi, about 70 km from Tampere. The drive from Tampere is less than 1 hour and from Jyväskylä to 1.5 hours. To get to the cottage, you need a car. There is a parking space next to the cottage.
Other things to note
The cottage is best suited for adults who are able to move normally as there are differences in altitude and wooded terrain. We recommend that you include the outdoor shoes, warm and rainy clothing suitable for the cottage life, and rubber boots. If you bring your pet, please inform that during making the reservation.
