Отличный домик среди красивой природы куда бы мы обязательно хотели вернуться ещё. Провести неделю, собираю чернику, купаясь в озере, ловить рыбу, гулять по окрестностям. Идеально.

A peaceful retreat on a quiet, pristine lake with wonderful swimming and row boating opportunities, and rejuvenating visits to the sauna. It’s hard to think of a more peaceful and quiet place. Highly recommended to those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of cities or busy holiday resorts.

Tilava mökki, keittiö hyvin varusteltu, saunassa hyvät löylyt vaikka onkin sähkösauna. Ranta ei ole uimataidottomille ja sinne vievä polku juurakkoinen ja kapea mutta siitä olikin ohjeissa maininta. Muutenkin mökkiohjeistus on hyvä. Viihdyimme hyvin kauniissa maisemassa.

Super kaunis paikka, viihdyttiin erinomaisesti ☺️

Ihana paikka hyvin rauhallisella paikalla, jossa sai rauhassa rentoutua. Ja koko mökki kokonaisuus oli juuri sitä mitä odotinkin.

Majoitajiin saa todella hyvin yhteyden jos oli jotain huolia tai kysymyksiä, he auttoivat todella nopeasti.

Erittäin kaunis paikka, toimivalla kokonsisuudella.

Suosittelen lämpimästi myös minilomaan!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Mikko!

Die Lage am See war sehr schön und ruhig. Man kann direkt im See baden, mit dem Ruderboot fahren oder einfach die Sauna genießen.

Leider ist man am See nicht ganz alleine und in der letzten Nacht hatten wir sehr laute Nachbarn.

Vietimme kaksi leppoisaa päivää Mikon ja Eijan ihanassa mökissä. Luonnon keskellä ja omassa rauhassa sijaitseva mökki tarjosi kaikkea, mitä minilomaltamme toivoimme. Mikko oli todella ystävällinen ja huolehtivainen isäntä ja teki majoittumisestamme helppoa. Ohjeet olivat erinomaiset, mökki oli siisti ja kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi paikan päältä. Saunassa otimme mukavat löylyt ja iltaisin istuskelimme kuistilla katselemassa rauhallista järveä. Tänne olisi mukava tulla joskus uudestaankin. Upea paikka! Kiitokset vielä majoittajille! 🙂

Very nice house, amazing nature around. Boat for fishing. Clean house, all needed May be found from the kitchen. Very comfortable beds! Good pillows/blankets. High recommendations!

We spent a couple of days in the house. We enjoyed the quiet location and especially watching the wildlife around the house. The kitchen is well equipped so we didn’t miss anything there. Mikko sent us detailed instructions on how to get to the house which was helpful because the house is in a secluded area.

We felt like our stay was a real luxurious Finnish experience 🙂

This is the second year in a row we’ve spent a relaxing week in a lakeside chalet in Finland, and once again, our expectations were exceeded. The house is exactly as pictured and described, with everything you need for a carefree stay in complete autonomy. The kitchen is well-equipped, the bathroom is functional, and the sauna works perfectly. The beds are comfortable and the TV has access to Netflix, YouTube, and other streaming platforms. The lake view is enchanting and the brand-new rowboat makes it easy to enjoy pleasant boat trips to explore the lake. There’s peace, quiet, and fresh air – everything you need to relax and recharge. Highly recommended, I would definitely return. Last but not least, the hosts are a kind and communicative couple, which is always a plus. Thank you and see you soon.

Kohde sijaitsee hienossa paikassa niemessä. Kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi mökiltä loistavan loman viettoon. Mikko kuuntelu toiveitamme ja olemme erittäin tyytyväisiä.

Siisti mökki on todella kauniilla paikalla. Terassilla tuli vietettyä useampikin tovi tuijotellen järvimaisemaa!

Grillikatos on mainio lisä pihassa! Rauhallinen paikka, vaikka muutama naapuri näköpiirissä onkin.

Lenkkarit oli hyvä olla mukana metsäisen maaston vuoksi, olisi ehkä muutoin jäänyt liikkuminen vähemmäksi.

Mikko’s cottage is the BEST place we experienced during our trip in Finland. Nature is everywhere, we felt like we were at the end of the earth. The cabin is absolutely cute and very comfortable. We used the boat, swam in the lake, did a fire camp, found a lot of berries around… We will keep this place in our heart for long long time!

Viihtyisä mökki hyvällä sijainnilla, upea miljöö!! Sisäänkirjautuminen oli helppoa ja mökki oli oikein siisti. Mukavaa, että grillikota ja soutuvene sisältyivät majoitukseen. Sauna ja sähkökiuas jättivät hieman toivomisen varaa ainakin meille, sillä olemme kovia saunojia. Kokonaisuudessaan varsin rentouttava ja mukava mökkiviikonloppu, voisimme hyvinkin tulla uudelleen!

Mökki sijaitsee mahtavalla paikalla josta upeat maisemat järvelle. Grilli-paikalla oli mukava valmistaa ruokaa ja mökiltä löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Sisäänkirjautuminen ja kommunikointi oli vaivatonta ja helppoa. Suosittelen lämpimästi kohdetta mikäli haluaa vaivatonta lomailua luonnon rauhassa.

We had a pleasant trip to Mikko and Eija’s cottage. The place was really peaceful with beautiful, calm surrounding. The cottage has all the necessary modern amenities for a comfortable stay. Also plenty of options for outdoor games and activities. We did use the boat to rowing around the lake. It’s really beautiful. The road connection is really straightforward from Uusimaa so we didn’t face any issue to find the cottage. Definitely a place to stay to recharge yourself from everyday life.

Upea rauhallinen paikka luonnon keskellä jonne tekee aina mieli palata uudelleen ja uudelleen. Uusi grillikatos oli plussaa.

Huikeassa paikassa niemen kärjessä, vesi ympäröi joka puolelta, nätti pieni järvi ja luonnonrauha. Perustarpeet täyttävä mökki, ehkä vähän vaatimaton sisustus, mutta kaikki välttämätön löytyy ja tilaa on. Iso plussa soutuveneestä, grillipaikasta, kaminasta, valoisasta männiköstä ja kallioista. 🙂

Mikko действительно, очень хороший хозяин. Домик не большой. На четыре человека максимум. Домик стоит на полуострове, на другой стороне озера еще два коттеджа. Полного уединения нет. Сам домик стоит на холме, продувается ветрами. На территории – камни и корни. Ходить нужно осторожно, особенно в темное время суток. Все что заявлено есть, и даже больше. Нам была предоставлена питьевая вода. В доме тепло. По озеру плавают ЛЕБЕДИ!!! Очень здорово! Mikko моментально отвечает на все вопросы. Спасибо за теплый прием.

It was my second time at this cottage and I loved it as much as the year before. Beautifully situated next to a lake, this is definitely a place where you can come to yourself and experience total silence in nature. There are a couple of other cottages next to the lake, but you will barely notice other people, other than an occasional rowing boat. The cottage itself has all the amenities one needs: a coffee maker, an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a shower (with water from the lake), a sauna and even wifi. For hiking, I would recommend Isojärvi National Park (a 45 minute drive). Mikko is a kind host that quickly responds to messages. All in all, a special place that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for silence in the Finnish nature.

Mökki upealla paikalla; mahtavat maisemat, kirkasvetinen järvi, luonnonrauhaa.. Yhteydenpito isäntäväen kanssa nopeaa ja mutkatonta.

Kauniilla paikalla oleva mökki, joka vastaa hyvin ilmoituksesta syntyvää ennakkokäsitystä. Nautimme erityisesti kokkailuista rantakallion tulipaikalla. Mökillä saa olla omassa rauhassansa, sillä kohde on päättyvän tien päässä. Näköetäisyydellä on kuitenkin muitakin mökkejä.

I was looking for a secluded place in Finnish nature – and this is it. The cottage is beautifully located in the woods, next to a lake, having sun the whole day. It was so quiet that I could hear nothing but the wind in the trees and in the fives days that I’;ve stayed here, I only saw other people once (in a rowing boat). The cottage is well equiped with bed linen, towels, a shower (with water from the lake), and an oven – and as a bonus, Mikko just installed wifi. Highly recommended for anyone looking for peace and quiet in the Finnish nature.

I can’t stress enough that this place was better than advertised. It was summer, and the weather was perfect during our stay. So we basically just alternated between taking rides in the boat, swimming near our private dock, picking wild blueberries outside the cottage, grilling food near the lake, and playing darts outside. Maybe I’m just not used to this, because I’m American, but wow this place was cool.

Mikkos place is an oasis in the middle of nowhere! absolutely amazing! back to the roots and into the wild. adventure with fishing on the lake, of corse there is a little boat, hiking trough nomansland, deep relaxation enjoying the finnish sun and latenight dinner with a glass of wine. We LOVED it. Mikko is a superhoast and everything was clean and ready for us. Thank you so much!

The cottage is lovely. It offers all the amenities for a comfortable stay (running water, heating, plumbing, electricity, indoor toilet and shower, electric sauna, well-stocked kitchen, etc.) while being quite away from the busy pace of everyday life. The cottage is situated in a beautiful area, overlooking a lake and nestled among birch and pine trees. It is quiet and peaceful – ideal for a restoring vacation. Mikko is a great host, responding to all questions promptly, thoroughly, and kindly.

The cottage is in a really quiet area next to a wonderfull lake. We loved to make some little trips with the boat and warm up in the Suana. Perfect to relax a few days!

If you want an natur experience just as stated in the description, this is the place to be. We had a fantastic time. Mikko and his wife are awesome hosts. They put extra effort in our stay and we really felt that they wanted us to have a great time there!! its even nicer there than on the pictures! 😀 thanks Mikko & Eija

Das gemütliche Haus am See ist perfekt geeignet um sich ein paar Tage zu erholen. Es ist ruhig und hat alles vor Ort was benötigt wird. Ca. 25 Min. entfernt liegt Orivesi wo es auch grosse Supermärkte gibt.

Our time in the cottage was just perfect, a secluded simple but perfect place to gain distance from everyday’s obligations. Highly recommended, and Mikko is a most responsible host who helps with any questions immediately.

It is simple and has everything you need in order to enjoy nature. The house is located by a beautiful lake, there is a boat and sauna. Hosts are warm and very easy to communicate with.
