Vehmaanpirtti has a modern kitchen, shower, electric heating and an atmospheric summer room in an old salt granary. The lakeside sauna and rowing boat create a traditional summer holiday.
A HOLIDAY AT YOUR OWN PACE
Effortless cottage living in the peace of the countryside
The cottage has running well water, electric heating, a shower and a modern kitchen. The yard has a barbecue shelter, and the shore has a boat and kayak jetty. The lakeside sauna is shared with the neighbouring cottage.
SLEEPING
Bedroom, sleeping loft and summer granary
The bedroom has a 140 cm double bed. Additional beds are available on the sofa bed, sleeping loft and in the summer granary.
For comfort, the cottage is recommended for no more than five guests.
LAKESIDE SAUNA
A traditional wood-fired sauna by the lake
The lakeside sauna is shared with the neighbouring cottage, with flexible arrangements for sauna times.
The cottage also has a private shower, and there is an outdoor toilet in the yard.
SHORE AND YARD
Boat, kayak jetty and barbecue shelter
A rowing boat is included, and the low jetty is suitable for launching your own kayak or canoe.
Cook over a wood-fired grill in the log barbecue hut.

Sleeping
A double bed in the bedroom, plus additional beds on the sleeping loft, sofa bed and in the summer granary.
Sauna and washing facilities
Shared wood-fired lakeside sauna and a private shower in the cottage.
Kitchen
Electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and tableware for five.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Location
Orivesi, less than one hour from Tampere. A car is required.
Rental season
The cottage is available from May to September and is not in use during winter.

Internet connection
The cottage has no fixed internet connection. You can borrow a 4G mobile router from us.
Mobile coverage is good at the property. The connection is suitable for email and browsing, video calls and a remote-work day, and music streaming.

Erinomainen rauhallinen rantamökki saunoineen, laitureineen ja grillikatoksineen. Ystävällistä avustusta jo ennen mökkiin sisälle pääsyä.
Mökissä kaikki tarvittava, ja keittiön puolella tätä enemmänkin. Mukavat tyynyt ja raikas sisäilma. Suihkussa hyvä veden paine ja lämmintä vettä riitti helposti.
